A QR service system for restaurants

With the QR code on the table your guest
calls a waiter, has their car brought round,
browses the menu

One QR code — no app to download, no sign-up; a phone camera is enough. Every request lands on the panel at your till instantly, with a bell, and your guest follows its status live on their phone.

From table to till

The guest's phone and the till's tablet
talk in the same second

The guest scans the card on the table and picks a request; it lands on the panel at the till with a bell, and the guest follows the status live on their own screen.

Sound familiar?

Eyes searching for a waiter,
cars waiting at the door

The table waving for attention

Every second a guest cannot reach a waiter counts against you — it shows in the tip and in the review.

The owner waiting at the door

A guest who has already paid gets their worst memory on the way out: hunting for a waiter, hunting for the valet, minutes ticking by.

Waiting-for-the-bill syndrome

While a table waiting to leave waits for the bill, no new guest can sit down — table turnover quietly drops.

The cost of printed menus

Reprinting for every price change; tourist orders lost to a single-language menu.

One system, four jobs

Dining room, door and till
meet on one screen

Calling a waiter, asking for the bill, valet and the digital menu — all inside a single QR card on the table. The panel at the till shows every request with a bell, a colour code and a timer.

Live panel with a bell

Requests arrive without a page refresh, and a valet request comes with its own distinct chime. An unanswered request reminds you gently at first, then in an urgent tone after 2 minutes — it cannot be forgotten.

Notifications even when the browser is closed

The panel installs on the tablet like an app and the screen never sleeps. With Web Push a notification arrives even when the browser is closed and the phone is in a pocket — and stays on screen until touched.

The digital menu is in the same code

A categorised menu in Turkish + English. Prices change from the panel and publish instantly; seasonal dishes are hidden, favourites marked with ✦. Zero printing cost.

Rate it, move it to Google

When a request closes the guest gives a rating: 4-5 stars are directed to a Google review, lower scores reach only you with the comment. Praise goes public, criticism goes to the kitchen.

Owner's report

A 7-day chart, busiest tables, peak hours, average response time, guest rating and one-click Excel/CSV. Service quality becomes measurable.

Proof against pranks and mix-ups

QR codes cannot be guessed and nobody can send a request on another table's behalf. The same request can be sent once every 60 s. Role-based PINs: the valet screen cannot reach admin.

Enterprise infrastructure, zero maintenance

Runs on Cloudflare's global network: no servers, no maintenance, no update headaches. Published under your own domain; just as fast in high season.

QR cards branded for you

Print-ready table cards with your restaurant's name, in the band colour and typeface you choose — a punched design that also works as a valet ticket, sent to A4 with one click.

Reputation engine

The happy guest writes on Google,
the unhappy one writes to you

The moment a request closes, the guest is asked a single question. Four and five stars go straight to the Google review screen; three and below reach only your panel, with a comment box. Your rating works its way up on its own.

Digital menu

Change the price in the panel,
the menu updates instantly

A categorised, bilingual menu inside the same QR code. Tourists switch their phone to English; you hide a seasonal dish with one tap. Printing, correction pens and outdated price stickers become history.

The difference competitors don't have

The secret weapon of a restaurant with valet parking

While the guest asks for the bill,
their car is already on its way

Plenty of people sell QR menus; this is the system that solves the valet flow end to end. Because the guest can say "I'm leaving in 10 minutes", the car is at the door exactly on time. Their last memory is not waiting — it is their car waiting for them.

1Timed request: Now / 5 / 10 / 15 min + plate or ticket number
2Countdown to target: "4:32 left" on the panel, red once it passes
3"Your car is at the door!": a live notification with vibration
4Valet screen: a huge plate on the phone at the door, separate PIN
Staff app

The valet's phone really rings

Staff side · not the guest's concern

Your guest downloads nothing —
your valet uses a real app

The QR code on the table opens in a browser; the guest installs nothing. The one exception is the phone of the valet at the door: a browser cannot reliably ring while the screen is locked.

The valet app rings the phone with a real ringtone even when it is closed; the plate, the target time and the table arrive on one screen. If the attendant is busy they postpone the request by 3-10 minutes and a polite note appears on the guest's screen.

Don't look for it in an app store — the app installs straight from your restaurant's own address, with no sign-up and no account.

Not a promise — a system
