Without downloading an app, they pick their request in seconds. For the valet they also enter the ticket number and the time.
The request lands on the panel instantly; a staff member taps Seen, and the guest watches "Seen" appear live on their phone.
The QR code on the table opens in a browser; the guest installs nothing. The one exception is the phone of the valet at the door: a browser cannot reliably ring while the screen is locked.
The valet app rings the phone with a real ringtone even when it is closed; the plate, the target time and the table arrive on one screen. If the attendant is busy they postpone the request by 3-10 minutes and a polite note appears on the guest's screen.
Don't look for it in an app store — the app installs straight from your restaurant's own address, with no sign-up and no account.
Details
It installs on the tablet like an app and the screen never sleeps. Requests arrive without a page refresh; a system notification appears when the tab is in the background, and the bell rings again for a request unseen after 40 seconds.
A clear instruction like "have it ready in 5 min"; the panel counts down to the target. When the car reaches the door, "Your car is at the door!" appears on the guest's phone. The attendant at the entrance gets a simple valet screen with its own PIN.
The Sent → Seen → Done timeline advances live on the guest's phone; international guests switch to English with one tap.
QR codes cannot be guessed, and the same request from the same table can only be sent once every 60 seconds. Nobody can turn the bell into a toy.
